Lovebug!

Hey Everyone!

Susan here today... Happy New Year & Happy January! I love the start of a new year and the fresh start of the holiday cycle. Valentines is an absolute favorite for me -- I created this layout "Lovebug" with an everyday love theme, but it could so easily be adapted to become a V-day page!

My photo is of my "baby" -- two year-old Nash -- and I wanted a "lovey" color theme that didn't scream pink. I used the red polka pattern sheet of paper from the Around the Park Mat Stack as the base of my page, and then added a "bubble border" under my photo and across the page with lots of cardstock die cuts using the Pop Up Dies - 8 Circles. Lots of circle cuts using navy, aqua and kraft complete the boy-centric love themed page.

I created a shaker circle with the red hearts Fimo Fun Toppings & the red Diamond Pastel Toppings to bring the red color back into the page and also accent my love theme. Embellish with lots of Queen & Co Epoxy and Lollies and you have an easy page that you can whip up in no time at all!
