It's Mary Ann Jenkins here again with a layout using the Pretty Presents June kit. My previous layout using the June kit was very girly with lots of pink, so for this layout I decided to make a boy layout to show you just how versatile the kit is!
To start my layout, I used the orange and yellow 6x6 pieces from the Pretty Presents paper pad as my photo matting, and added my cardstock title and stars. Next, I used the smallest present die to die cut 4 pieces from cardstock, these will be layered together to make 1 large shaker box present.
To make the large shaker box present, I trimmed off the bow design from each square, then made each individual shaker box, adding the toppings from the kit and black cardstock dots that I punched with a regular office hole punch. I adhered all 4 presents to my layout, making them in to 1 large box. I also added black cardstock bows that I die cut from another present piece.
To finish my layout, I stamped the "just for you" sentiment on to white cardstock, and used the left over center pieces of foam from the shaker presents to give the stamped piece a bit of dimension.
I love the large shaker box present, and especially like how versatile this months kit is!
